Unser Wunsch war es, am Trans Day of Remembrance  (auf deutsch: Trans Tag der Erinnerung) Trauer&Erinnerung viel Raum zu geben. Wir haben uns für eine Kundgebung entschieden, die in einer etwa 20-minütigen stillen Laufdemonstration zum rubicon enden wird. Dort startet dann um 19:30 der gemeinsame Raum, zu dem weiter unten noch Informationen stehen. Ihr werdet die Gelegenheit haben, einen anderen Weg zum rubicon zu nehmen als den der Laufdemonstration, falls ihr euch der nicht anschließen möchtet.

Wir haben die Redner*innen eingeladen, zu jeweils verschiedenen Anteilen von transfeindlicher Gewalt zu sprechen. Wir werden die Kundgebung mit einem gemeinsamen Ritual abschließen. Die Reden werden auf Deutsch und Englisch sein, es wird keine Übersetzung in die jeweils andere Sprache geben. Es wird aber eine Übersetzung in DGS vor Ort sein.

Es wird vor Ort ein professionelles Awareness Team geben und Ordner*innen, die viel Erfahrung mit Demonstrationen haben. An beide Teams könnt ihr euch jederzeit vertrauensvoll wenden.

Our wish was to give a lot of space to grief & remembrance on the Trans Day of Remembrance. We have decided in favour of a rally that will end in a 20-minute silent walk demonstration to the rubicon. The community space will then start there at 19:30, information about which can be found below. You will have the opportunity to take a different route to the rubicon than the walking demonstration if you do not wish to join it.

We have invited the speakers to talk about different parts of trans-hostile violence. We will end the rally with a collective ritual. The talks will be in german and in english. There will be no translation into the other language. There will be a german sign language interpreter.

There will be a professional awareness team on site and march stewards who have a lot of experience with demonstrations. You can contact both teams at any time in confidence.

After the rally we will meet at rubicon to end the day together. There will be warm vegan food and non-alcoholic drinks on donation basis and space to socialise. We will set up a small mourning corner in a room in the rubicon. You can leave mementos or photos there and we will provide notes and pens if you would like to capture your feelings. You can also leave these notes there or take them with you. At the demonstration you will receive small electric candles, which you can also place in the corner after you have carried them along the demonstration procession (if you have taken one with you). There will no longer be a moderated programme.

The awareness team from the rally will also accompany us here and will be available for you.

Nach der Kundgebung treffen wir uns im rubicon um gemeinsam den Tag zu beenden. Es gibt warmes veganes Essen und alkoholfreie Getränke gegen Spende und Raum, um euch auszutauschen. In einem Raum im rubicon stellen wir eine kleine Trauerecke auf. Dort könnt ihr Andenken oder Fotos ablegen und wir stellen Zettel und Stifte bereit, falls ihr eure Gefühle festhalten möchtet. Auch diese Zettel könnt ihr da lassen oder mitnehmen. Auf der Demonstration erhaltet ihr kleine elektrische Kerzen, die ihr auch in der Ecke abstellen könnt, nachdem ihr sie den Demonstrationszug getragen habt (falls ihr eine mitgenommen habt). Es wird kein moderiertes Programm mehr geben.

Das Awarenessteam von der Kundgebung begleitet uns auch hier hin und ist für euch ansprechbar.

The place where the rally will take place is right next to a city train station with lift access and no steps. It will probably be dark and cold, if we are unlucky it will be rainy (then there is no place to shelter). The closest place that can be used for awareness cases is the rubicon, which is about a 7 minute walk from the location of the rally.

There will be a translation into German sign language at the rally.

The rally has been officially registered, so there will be police on site.

The community space will take place in the rubicon. The rubicon is accessible without steps, there is a low-barrier toilet. All toilets are unisex.
There are carpets in one of the rooms, but these can be removed. There are several rooms. The larger rooms are sure to be lively and noisy, while the smaller rooms offer the opportunity to withdraw a little. The translation into German sign language will not accompany us into the rubicon.

COVID: Please don’t come to the community space in rubicon if you feel sick. If you feel sick but still want to participate in the protest, please come wearing a FFP2 or equivalent mask. Please, even if you don’t feel sick, take a test before you come. We will have some tests (not many) at rubicon. There is no mandatory masking.

Der Ort an dem die Kundgebung stattfindet ist direkt an einer Bahnhaltestelle mit Aufzug und ohne Stufen erreichbar. Es wird wahrscheinlich dunkel und kalt sein, wenn wir pech haben auch regnerisch (dann gibt es keinen Ort zum unterstellen). Der nächste Ort der für Awareness-Fälle genutzt werden kann ist das rubicon, das etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ort der Kundgebung entfernt liegt.

Auf der Kundgebung wird es eine Übersetzung in deutsche Gebärdensprache geben.

Die Kundgebung ist angemeldet, dementsprechend wird Polizei vor Ort sein.

Der community-space findet im rubicon statt. Das rubicon ist stufenfrei zugänglich, es gibt eine barrierearme Toilette. Alle Toiletten sind unisex.
In einem der Räume liegen Teppiche, die aber weggeräumt werden können. Es gibt mehrere Räume. In den größeren Räumen wird es sicher lebhaft und laut zugehen, in den kleineren Räumen gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich etwas zurückzuziehen. Die Übersetzung auf deutsche Gebärdensprache wird uns nicht ins rubicon begleiten.

COVID: Bitte komm nicht zum community space im rubicon, wenn du dich krank fühlst. Wenn du dich krank fühlst aber unbedingt zur Kundgebung kommen möchtest, trag bitte eine FFP2 Maske oder einen äquivalenten Schutz. Unabhängig davon ob du dich krank fühlst, mach bitte vor der Veranstaltung einen Schnelltest. Es gibt keine Maskenpflicht bei der Veranstaltung.

Auch, wenn ihr euch als Verbündete versteht, seid ihr zu der Kundgebung herzlich eingeladen. Wir würden euch bitten, zu dem gemeinsamen Raum nach der Kundgebung nur als Begleitung von TINAQ Personen aus eurem Umfeld dazuzustoßen. Solltet ihr Freund*innen, Angehörige oder andere Liebste haben, die ihr wegen transfeindlicher Gewalt verloren habt/die deshalb heute nicht bei uns sein können, seid ihr selbstverständlich auch in den community Raum eingeladen.

Als Verbündete auf der Kundgebung wünschen wir uns, dass ihr den Raum mit haltet, und euch, wenn ihr nicht in Begleitung einer TINAQ Person da seid, eher am Rand der Kundgebung aufhaltet. So sprechen vorbeigehende Personen, die neugierig sind, eher euch auf den Inhalt der Kundgebung an.

If you see yourself as an ally, you are also cordially invited to the rally. We would ask you to join us in the community space after the rally only in the company of TINAQ people from your community. If you have friends, family or other loved ones that you have lost due to trans hate violence/who cannot be with us today, you are of course also invited to the community space.

As allies at the rally, we would like you to hold the space with us and, if you are not accompanied by a TINAQ person, to stay at the edges of the rally. This way, people passing by who are curious are more likely to approach you about the content of the rally.
